RGBIC announces A5643 with 13M global shutter pixel.

RGBIC announces A5643 with 13M global shutter pixel. A5643 is a 4320 x 3080 resolution global shutter CMOS image sensor with 5.6um pixel pitch. A5643 supports pipelined global shutter pixel and true CDS. The sensor can achieve 380fps at 10bit ADC mode with full resolution. Low noise, low PLS and low power consumption which make it suitable for 3D laser scanning, high speed imaging, and other machine vision application.

A5643 has 12bit/10bit/8bit ADC, PLL and timing generation on chip. It is compatible with internal and external trigger mode to facilitate camera system integration.
